I sent you our petition that we were working on and you shared it with your listeners. We are working on lifting the statute of Limitations for sexual assault for Indiana. After a lot of meetings w legislators and hard work, God has opened the door for us. We have the Indiana coalition for sexual assault and human trafficking behind us. And now on of our senators is authoring our bill. I know that when we talk about the government it isn’t great, there is a lot of bad in the world. Our bill goes for a vote in January and I Am testifying my story as well as my sisters. I am not saying I’m scared, I am saying whatever I feel God will provide me the words and the courage to share our story and be a voice for his young adults who have been thru the same thing. I hope that this law gets changed but I also hope anyone who has been through this knows Gods love for them. And to not give up. I hear so many stories but one that absolutely breaks my heart is one I heard yesterday. A young lady had been thru the system and was sold for sex since she was a little girl. At 18 she took her life. I hope to share her story, I can’t share her name but I don’t want her to be forgotten. I feel so unworthy of this responsibility, I have made so many mistakes in my life, and God has graciously forgiven me. But if he wants me to go I will go. Hinduism used to be almost as barbaric. One of the things the Brits did when they were over there was outlaw the more extreme expressions of Hinduism.

Anyway, I had an issue in my 20s where they kept getting infected and I did tons of research trying to find a solution. The one that works for me is chewing on garlic cloves (or making a paste from garlic powder). It burns considerably, but if you do it for a few days it’ll kill the infection. I had to do this for 3-4 days every 2-3 months for about 3 years. After that my teeth stopped getting infected. Though, I have started eating garlic on pretty much everything. I haven’t had an infected tooth in a little over two years now. If you haven’t tried this, I suggest giving it a shot.
