YOUR MESSAGE On Thurs. 7-24-20, the Indiana attorney general Curtis Hill called out Gov. Holcomb and said he has no more right to make executive orders, that the health emergency is past, and that he cannot make a law or tell anyone to wear mask, and that the state legislature would have to make such a law. The gov. signed the mandate on Mon. 7-27, but DROPPED THE. MISDEMEANOR CHARGE.

You do NOT have to stay home.
You do NOT have to close your business.
You are NOT restricted in your travels.
You are NOT banned from religious assembly.
These are NOT laws, as a law must be passed by your state legislature. And, of course, this has not happened in any of our 50 states.
These following orders are UNLAWFUL “orders”:
Stay at home,
Close your business,
Don’t go to church,
Practice social distancing,
Wear a mask,
No interstate travel etc etc.
These are NOT laws that can carry any kind of criminal penalty for violation. They are at best ONLY guidelines for “suggestion”. These “orders” carry NO legitimate force of law with which to back them up.
No governor nor mayor may craft a law and assign a punishment for its non-compliance.
They can’t.
And, even if one of these tyrants tries to do so, such orders or actions would then be profoundly unconstitutional and a solid basis for compensation to “anyone affected” by them.
The Free Exercise Clause of the First 1st Amendment firmly establishes freedom of religion as a fundamental liberty, and the Due Process Clause of the Fifth 5th Amendment firmly establishes your right to purchase a lawful product in interstate commerce from a willing seller as “fundamental”.
Fundamental liberties are in the highest category of liberty, akin to freedom of conscience and speech and press and privacy and travel.
Right to Congregate/Assemble
Per the First 1ST Amendment to the United States Constitution:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Right to Travel: DESPITE ACTIONS OF POLICE AND LOCAL COURTS, HIGHER COURTS HAVE RULED THAT CITIZENS HAVE A RIGHT TO TRAVEL!!! Per our 14TH Amendment to the United States Constitution (abridged):
“The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon in the ordinary course of life and business is a common right which he has under his right to enjoy life and liberty, to acquire and possess property, and to pursue happiness and safety. It includes the right in so doing to use the ordinary and usual conveyances of the day.” Stopping a tyrannical overthrow of the United States and the World, the stripping of our Liberties & Freedoms begins with you. SUBJECT cooking beans the right way and not get poisoned
YOUR MESSAGE You talked about eating beans and rice. Many people are not aware of the fact that dried beans have toxins in them and that they should never be cooked in a crockpot because it does not get them hot enough to destroy the toxin. I could see this especially being a problem in a grid down situation where people would want to cut the amount of fuel they are using. The toxin in beans is phytohaemagglutinin and it is highest in kidney beans, because of that it is also known as kidney bean lectin. Just eating 4-5 improperly cooked kidney beans can make an adult extremely ill, more than that can actually cause death. When cooking beans at a low temperature they have found that the toxin actually INCREASES.
So what should you do? First, after sorting and rinsing the beans to remove dirt and rocks that come from the harvesting process, then soak the beans for at least 5 hours to overnight in clean water to soften them and start the sprouting process so that they will release the toxin and anti-nutrients into the water. The beans will become more digestible and it will also dramatically cut your cooking time. Second, make sure you discard the soaking water because it contains the toxin. This water is great for watering plants, they love it and it’s good for them. Third, rinse your beans then cover them with fresh water. Fourth, bring your beans to a rapid boil and boil for at least 10 minutes. Some scientists say to boil red kidney beans for 30 minutes to destroy the toxin. At this point the beans can be cooked in a slow cooker or on a lower temperature. Make sure the beans are thoroughly cooked because an undercooked bean can actually be more toxic than a raw bean.
Another way to cook beans is in a pressure cooker (which can be used over a camp stove or other type of stove). The pressure cooker gets to a much higher temperature than boiling in a pot can and some say this is the best way to make beans the most digestible because it is able to destroy the toxin faster and more completely. Some say you do not have to soak them first but in my experience soaking still makes them more digestible and they taste better. If you have old, hard beans they will need to be soaked for longer and have changes of water to make sure there’s no bacterial growth.

Something else people should know is that when looking at beans, like with pinto beans, the darker discolored beans in a bag are generally older or poorer quality beans. You also want to have whole beans, not broken ones because only when they are whole will they be able to set off the growing process so that they become the most digestible. The broken beans will soften though.
You can also soak rice to make it cook faster. You have to be careful though to not soak it too long or at too warm of a temperature or it will start to ferment and sour. Most rice will not sprout, only brown rice can and that takes about 2 days after soaking. White rice has had the brown outer layer removed (bran and germ) and converted rice has been precooked and dried so neither will sprout but they will soften thereby lessening the cooking time. Brown rice really needs to be soaked or sprouted in order for your body to be able to fully absorb it’s nutrients. To sprout brown rice you first soak 9-12 hours, drain, leave out to germinate, rinsing every 6-8 hours for 2-3 days until the tiniest little tail emerges, then cook or dry for using later or make into flour. It should be noted that brown rice will go bad the fastest and converted, aka parboiled, rice has the longest shelf life (this is not instant rice).
