++ Face masks do not protect the wearer from transmission by others—The American Medical Association just released a position paper on masks: Face masks should not be worn by healthy individuals to protect themselves from acquiring respiratory infection because there is no evidence to suggest that face masks worn by healthy individuals are effective in preventing people from becoming ill. ++ Face masks restrict the elimination of virus, recirculating the virus into the nasal/sinus and upper respiratory passages–“By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.” Article by Russell Blaylock M.D., published May 14, 2020 in Technocracy News & Trends. Dr. Blaylock is a prominent retired neurosurgeon and author of health-related books.

++ Constantly wearing a face mask causes you to breath in your own CO2 (carbon dioxide) at a far higher rate than if you were not wearing a mask. This will eventually cause respiratory acidosis: Respiratory acidosis is a condition that occurs when the lungs can’t remove enough of the carbon dioxide (CO2) produced by the body. Excess CO2 causes the pH of blood and other bodily fluids to decrease, making them too acidic. Initial signs of acute respiratory acidosis include: Headache, anxiety, blurred vision, restlessness, confusion. Respiratory acidosis is also a form of stress that will cause your body to secrete higher levels of Cortisol, which will weaken your immune system!!!. Without treatment, other symptoms may occur. These include: sleepiness or fatigue, lethargy, delirium or confusion, shortness of breath, coma.

++ Also virus particles like Covid-19 are far too small to be filtered out by the standard face masks people are wearing. Relying on a mask like this to filter out virus particles would be like putting up a chain link fence to keep out a swarm of mosquitos. The best (yet unpractical) way to do this would be to wear a full face mask (as the Covid-19 virus can enter in through the eyes as was proven by MD’s in China) with a NBC filter and a rubber gasket seal to the face.
